A romantic and thrilling story that spans several decades and continents; Touch follows one widower’s emotional journey to find his first love who disappeared 50 years ago, before his time runs out.

Told in multiple flashbacks, this multicultural melodrama is a very low-key and slow-moving story. But appropriate to its title, “Touch” is genuinely touching.

Touch is a film that subtly reminds the audience to slow down, be present, and enjoy what one has, because it can be gone in an instant, while also encouraging hope. It’s a beautiful cinematic journey and one not to be missed.

What was The Flicks?

The legendary Flicks Community Movie Houses were the most comfortable little movie theaters in Phnom Penh, from June 2009 to August 2021, showcasing the blockbusters, documentaries, foreign films and international film festival winners on the big screens in a fully air-conditioned movie rooms that seated 32 people.

Our movie rooms (one at each location) were fully air conditioned and our lobbies had a bar which provided you with cold drinks, various food options, snacks and The Best Popcorn in Town. Welcome home! More?
