Death of a Unicorn

A father (Paul Rudd) and daughter (Jenna Ortega) accidentally hit and kill a unicorn while en route to a weekend retreat, where his billionaire boss (Richard E. Grant) seeks to exploit the creature’s miraculous curative properties.

Death of a Unicorn‘s broad satire is a bit too on the horn but makes for an entertainingly splattery creature feature.

People often say there is nothing new and unique in cinema. This movie proves that wrong – part comedy, part horror. Somehow it all comes together and will have you laughing out loud while also delivering a powerful message.

The legendary Flicks Community Movie Houses were the most comfortable little movie theaters in Phnom Penh, from June 2009 to August 2021, showcasing the better films, documentaries, foreign films and international film festival winners on the big screens in a fully air-conditioned movie rooms that seated 32 people.
